Devices we no longer sell, what support they still get, and the date that support ends. We publish the dates early so nobody learns them from a failed update.

What each status means
Full support
Firmware updates, security fixes, repairs, replacement parts and phone support, the same as a current product.
Security fixes only
Security fixes and phone support. No new features, and repairs are replaced with the current model at no charge where a part is no longer made.
Ended
No further firmware. Formcloud still shows the device and its history, and flags it as unsupported so it cannot quietly stay in clinical use.
Lattice OS
Lattice OS 3 is supported until December 2028. Devices running it get security fixes on the same schedule as Lattice OS 4.
Still running Fieldmesh G2?
Support ends in December 2026. Your account team can run a replacement plan that moves devices across in groups, the way Great Lakes Health did.
