Nexaform Labs builds connected devices, device platforms, and data systems for health systems, research institutions, and public agencies. Founded in 2009 and based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Its products include Axon Sense wearable monitors, Corta insertable cardiac monitors, Fieldmesh gateways, Nexa Edge hubs, Lattice bench systems, the Formcloud device platform and the Lattice OS embedded operating system. Nexaform designs and tests its devices in two Minnesota labs and supports customers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and the European Union.

The mark is seven nodes in a lattice. Do not connect them, outline them, or add a glow.

A graphite lattice on a lime tile, for small sizes only.
Set the name beside the mark in lowercase: nexaform labs. Leave clear space of one node diameter around the mark on every side.
Colors and type
Headings are set in Familjen Grotesk, text in Atkinson Hyperlegible Next. Both are open-source typefaces under the SIL Open Font License. Lime is for large areas; never set body text in lime on white.
Photography
We have photographs of both labs, the anechoic chamber, our devices and some of our people. Most customer and patient photography belongs to the people in it and cannot be redistributed; we will put you in touch where they have agreed to talk to press.
